No one called me to arrange my service as promised. I called 4 weeks ago to schedule Annual Maitenance Service for my BMW. I needed my car picked up and brought back to my medical office where I work a I called 4 weeks ago to schedule Annual Maitenance Service for my BMW. I needed my car picked up and brought back to my medical office where I work as a Doctor. Victoria told me that someone would call me the next week to arrange that pick up & service on that day. Next week came, but no one called me on that date to arrange pick up & service of my car. I called the Service Center later that day to find out what happened. I believe that I spoke to Gill at that time. He told me that it was now to late in the day to pick up & service my car since no one ever called me. He then arranged for my car to be picked up the next week. Again, the date next week came ateound, but no one ever called me again. This time I called around noon. Again, I spoke to Gill. This time he did arrange for someone to pick up my car from my Clinic and have it serviced and returned. This process went fine and I was not charged for he service. I am glad that I was not charged for the service, but O am more concerned that the process to arrange the service went so poorly. No one seemed to have a sense of urgency or responsibility for making sure that my car was serviced other than myself. If I weren’t a loyal BMW customer, I would definitely find another Service Center. Good Service Center Customer Service is no longer a selling point for me. I would not recommend BMWs Service Center to anyone. More

Horrible Experience and still ongoing I am giving this dealership a 1 star but they don't even deserve that. I am still in the process of resolving the issues that I had with the car to b I am giving this dealership a 1 star but they don't even deserve that. I am still in the process of resolving the issues that I had with the car to begin with. Prior to this, I even considered buying another car from the dealership. But no way. I've had 3 Mercedez Benz. One of them, I bought from this location back in the 90's. I brought my 2008 SL 550 in for A/C repair & waited on it for what was supposed to be 1.5 hrs of work. They put freeon in the car without inspecting the A/C. The issue wasn't the Freeon.. They just assumed it was. The Freeon was at 1.2. After the Freeon was in the car and I paid them $271, it worked for 15 minutes. Long enough to drive to the other side of town and it it stopped. I was then told that the A/C was not inspected prior to putting the freeon in the car. The A/C was inspected this time. I was told that the A/C line needed to be replaced. At this point, I had been at the dealership since about 10:45am and it was almost 4pm. I told them to put my car back the way it was and I would think about the new problem that they just diagnosed. I had missed an entire day of work and needed to go back to work. On my way home on the highway, the belly pan under the car flapped open and dragged down the highway. The technician apparently didn't install it back properly causing it to be destroyed. The car had to go back in for that to be replaced the next day. On the way to bring the car back, they said my starter went out on the car. The car has 54,000 miles on it. At that point, I told them to hold the car till I can tow it somewhere else to be repaired. It was very difficult to trust them. I had the car towed to Atlanta only to find out that Albany Motorcars didn't put the freeon back in my car. I was never given the option whether to put the freeon back or not. I had no idea that the freeon was not put back in my car till 2 days later when the car got to the next mechanic. The Service Mgr took upon himself to authorize his people to not put the Freeon, that I paid for, back in the car. I wasn't told nor was I given the choice. His response was that the next technician was going to come up with the same conclusion. This was his opinion. I still feel that I should've been give the right to make my own decision regarding the freeon. I don't know what was checked on the car because nothing was in writing. I requested the information regarding what services and checks were done to the car be documented. But so far, I don't have it. I will be contacting Mercedez regarding my experience at this dealership. I feel my rights was violated as a woman & as a human being. I requested my money back for the Free-on and was told by Gil that I wouldn't get my money back. I feel that Gil, the service manager was not respecting my rights as a customer and was only interested in explaining things to me the way he wanted to explain. It was very opinionated laced with assumptions and presumptions. He didn't want to take any responsibility and didn't really want to hear what I had to say. I do have more to say about my horrible experience and what it has cost me personally and professionally for the last 4 days. More

Great customer service still exists I pulled in to the dealership without calling ahead after receiving a notification that my tire pressure was low in one of my tires. The service advis I pulled in to the dealership without calling ahead after receiving a notification that my tire pressure was low in one of my tires. The service advisor got someone to diagnose the problem and someone else to drive me on to work when it was determined I needed to replace the tire. By the end of my work day my car was ready for pick up. The process couldn't have gone any smoother! More
