My older model 525i has so much sentimental value, and it was really important to me to get her running well and roadworthy. She is now running like the exquisitely engineered machine that she was designed to be. I took her on 'her favorite' winding country road yesterday to see how she performed, and she exceeded my expectations. Y'all did a great job! Thanks, too, for delivering her to me when she was done, doing the headlight lens restore and detail, and for the teddy bear copilot that came home with her. Can't wait to take her on a road trip! Communication Repairs easy to schedule. Never called to say car was ready Day if repair. Was told twice would be ready that day and would call me. Next am, I ca Repairs easy to schedule. Absolutely did not call me. Very frustrating since I had other appts and needed my car. Very inconvenient. Same problem last visit. 2 1/2 hours for oil change. Car sat in bay, ready, for 20 minutes. I finally went out and ask if ready. Consistent problem. More
