Just average I expected better. My appointment was at 8:30 and it took hours for them to finish. Normally when I get service I am provided a loaner but this time I I expected better. Changed my mind!!! I considered driving to another dealership due to past experience but Victoria changed my mind and experience. She was friendly, understanding, helpful, assuring and confident in her technicians knowledge to diagnose and fix the issue. I waited at dealership and everyone was courteous. I even went the parts department and had a great customer service experience with Mr. Calvin and Mr. Jeremey. They answered all of my questions and gave the estimates I requested. Due to this I purchased floor mats for my vehicle which in turn allowed another customer to come ask her questions and she purchased mats too! I will return if this the experience I will receive where employees show the customers that matter and making sure their needs are meet in a reasonable time frame with all questions or concerns addressed. GREAT JOB!!! More
