I could not have asked for more in regards to Eric's knowledge as he has been with BMW 30 plus years, the sales manager's helpfulness or the financial manager's efficiency. I could not have found a dealership that could match any of the numbers offered by this one. I will go back to Eric when it is time for a new car. More

This lady is exceptional at doing her job, no high pressure to purchase all the extras that that so many finance departments force you to buy! She was very informative and made sure we understood every aspect of our financial contract. We next visited with Scott who explained all of operational details of our vehicle. He was great! He explained so many features of our vehicle, and made sure we understood how to operate! We were treated like family by each person we dealt with.
