Mark accompanied us on the test drive as we were not familiar with the area, he explained as many features as possible on this test drive. After some pre-paper work we then visited with the Finance Manager Rora, for more excellent customer service. This lady is exceptional at doing her job, no high pressure to purchase all the extras that that so many finance departments force you to buy! She was very informative and made sure we understood every aspect of our financial contract. We next visited with Scott who explained all of operational details of our vehicle. He was great! He explained so many features of our vehicle, and made sure we understood how to operate! We were treated like family by each person we dealt with.
