The level of service is exactly what you should expect and completely on par with the BMW brand. The sales staff is incredibly knowledgable and professional, no slimy used car tactics here. My experience with Michelle was extremely positive and I found her intuition to be invaluable. She took the time to learn what I appreciated about the brand and built off of that. She didn't see me the car she wanted me to buy, she sold me the car I wanted to buy. These are behaviors not often found in the luxury segment and ones that should be noted and praised. When it came to sign paperwork Shujaat was key. Not only was he able to find a financing plan that worked for me, but he and Rora in finance worked late to make it all happen. I found the process to be very streamlined and straightforward and the entire thing was explained to me in simple terms. I really did not expect my devotion to a brand to grow in such a way, but through such a high level of service and dedication it has. I love my car now even more than the day I bought it and when its time for another, Michelle will be my contact and Dave Walter will be my dealership. Jillian, who replied to my initial internet inquiry, was very thorough in describing the vehicle. She took pictures of a couple very slight scratches in the exterior and was honest and helpful. Mark Stacy handled the rest of the sale. Mark had "his guy", take the car in and remove said scratches. At pickup, the car was literally in Like new condition! Amazing! Mark kept me in the loop for the entire process. To pickup the vehicle I flew into Cleveland Airport and a very professional driver named Bryce From Dave Walter was waiting for me in a new X6, he brought me to the dealership,.there I met Mark firsthand, and he introduced me to Scott who was their "BMW Genius", Scott was just that, he spent about an hour with me, and would have gladly spent longer, showing me all the features and options on the car. He assisted in setting up the car and put the front license plate bracket on the car for me before I left. I cant say enough about how great the car is, and how painless Dave Walter BMW made this experience, as sight unseen can be a risky proposition. I couldn't be happier with the result! More

We were treated respectfully by each employee. Everyone went out of our way to make us feel comfortable. It isn't easy shopping for cars with a seven year old, but everyone was warm and welcoming. Shab, our sales manager, responded quickly to our internet inquiry and met us at the door when we arrived to look at the car in person. He treated us like family. He did not pressure us to buy. He offered us a fair price for our trade in. Our test drive sold us on the car. The BMW Genius, Scott, certainly is deserving of his title as he explained every detail of the car on our test drive.
