My recent service experience has been no different. I brought the car in for a noise in the front end. After diagnosis, was told that the part needed to fix it would have to be ordered and due to the upcoming holiday weekend, would not be able to be done right away. I was okay with this answer however my service advisor told me that since it was a safety issue, he would try to get a better answer for me. Minutes later, I was told that they were going to overnight the part, waive the shipping fee and have the car done before the holiday weekend. This is just another reason why I will continue to take my car here for service and why this dealership is the top rated dealership in the country! More

This time Eric put us in an X5 and I must say it is over the top impressive. Everyone we have dealt with at Dave Walters over the years has been super. This time Rora Liddle made the paperwork a breeze and Scott Inskeep was extremely patient as he walked us through all the latest technology that comes with the X5.
