This dealership has really redeemed itself. My previous post showed a lot of dissapointment the Service Department. Repairs from the last visit have been good. Had my 2002 530 in for a problem that two other local dealers could not repair, Keith had Jim diagnoise the problem in less than one hour and the car has been great eversense. No longer offers loaner cars unless car was purchased there. Josh in service has been a pleasure to work with but Patty was lackluster in such a high-end dealership. Nicked my window switch console and door panel. Car is currently undergoing a major service as of now. More

This is my local dealership. They have been exceptional in service and support throughout my experience. They worked well during the purchase process and each time I come in they are very helpful. I never have to worry about bringing my car into this dealership for service. I always know that everything will be taken care of when I bring it in. Great dealership run by great people. More
