Dave Walter was the 2nd BMW dealership we went to after we decided exactly the car and options we wanted. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained all the options in detail to us. He did not try to hard we decided exactly the car and options we wanted. Josh was very knowledgeable and explained all the options in detail to us. He did not try to hard sell anything, which we appreciated. The car really sold itself. Josh spent a lot of time with us, both before the sale and when we went to pickup the vehicle. BMWs are not inexpensive vehicles, but we are satisfied with the deal they gave us (we had a trade-in). We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends. More

Had an issue getting the car in time due to an problem at port, the dealership kept me in the loop and made everything go so incredibly smoothly. Eric Eisenhart is the epitome of a Client Advisor, highly recommend is an understatement! I was between a 5 series and a 3 series, and when I finally settled on the 3 series Eric was very helpful and patient as I selected my color combination etc. I now have my dream car thanks to Eric and his dedication and hard work! Josh allowed a fair bit of negotiation over the phone initially which really saved my time. Although his bid was not the lowest from the start, he not only was willing to match that better offer, but be initially which really saved my time. The dealership handled our out of state used car purchase very well and as quickly as possible. They even picked my husband and his father up at the Cleveland airport, which is about an hour away from the d very well and as quickly as possible. Bob Strecker was an easy salesman to work with - very responsive and attentive to our questions and concerns. The one negative with our experience was dealing with Eric Eisenhart. In initially searching for our car on cars.com, we were talking to Eric about cars we found on that website. We initially called about a car we were very interested in, but were told it was sold. After continually seeing the listing on cars.com for over a week after that call, I called back just to see if maybe the deal fell through and the car was still available. At that point, I asked for a different salesman. Thanks to Bob Strecker, we now own that car. Knowing that were were interested in that car, I would think that Eric should have called us as soon as the original deal fell through to notify us if was still available. More

Josh did a great job handling all my concerns with trading in my car. He was prompt with every phone call and response. He knew what I needed and he made sure I got it. He was very professional and I had no problems at all. Erik Parkinson was outstanding as well. Usually when you are filling out the final paperwork, things get a litte dull. Erik was very personable and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He is a very funny guy which made things move along very quickly. This is the second car that I have purchased from Dave Walter BMW. I do a lot of research before buying a car and I have been to many BMW dealers in the country. Dave Walter by far has the best service and best employees. I will go to them first before any other dealer no matter where I am living. More

We live in Canton and had heard from others that dealing with Dave Walter BMW in Akron would be worth the best car-buying experience we've ever had. We live in Canton and had heard from others that dealing with Dave Walter BMW in Akron would be worth the drive. It certainly was. From the moment we walked into the dealership we were treated with professionalism and courtesy that is not available locally. We discussed prices and car models and what we were interested in buying. We went home that evening and felt good about working with a dealer who was willing to discuss options and pricing. A week later, my wife and I and Robert Strecker worked out a deal that was fair, up-front, and mutually acceptable. We special-ordered the car and were extremely pleased when it arrived. We highly recommend this dealership. More
