I had nev Dear Sir, I went to visit the Dave Walter BMW dealership in Dec 2010, to check out the X5 model and if there was any end-of-year specials. I had never been to this dealership before. To my amazement as soon as we walked(my mom was with me) in we were warmly greeted by Mr. Siddiqui who kindly introduced himself to us and requested from Mr Delluco to show us the cars. Mr. Siddiqui had to run for prayers, and while he was gone Mr. Delluco showed us all the options and allowed me to test the X5. He was not pushy or trying to sell us the car and I think that is the main thing that convinced me and mom to purchase the car on the first day we had walked into that dealership. Mr. Delluco was very courteous, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. After we finished deciding on the colors and options, Mr. Siddiqui was back and he offered to give us the best price available if we where interested to purchase. I had already looked up the price of the X5 on Kelley's bluebook so I had an idea. I was amazed whenthe price he offered me was better than the one I saw on Kelley's blue book. At that moment I realised that I definitely wanted to purchase my car from this honest dealership. The X5 speaks for itself, it is a very dependable and beautiful car, but what really made me buy it from this dealership is that Mr. Siddiqui offered my a true best price without me even asking and he did not have to go back and forth with another person to decide on the price (happens in other dealerships). Also on the delivery date which they allowed me to pick after the car came in, although it was not a suitable day for Mr. Delluco he kindly changed his plans and came in for the delivery. We were once again greeted very warmly by Mr. Siddiqui and Mr. Delluco. The signing of the papers was verty smooth and Mr. Parkinson (not sure if I have the right name) at the business office was very honest, polite, cheerful, courteous and to the point. He also gave us the best price on the tire plan. After that Mr. Delluco went over some of the car features, and kindly synched my phone and adjusted the driver's seat for both me and mom.They were all very watchful of the time as they knew i had to pick up my daughter. I cannot say enough about the people at this dealership. They definitely made us feel like family. I am actually looking forward to when I go back to get my plates and service. More

Excellent experience. Bob Strecker was extremely responsive and made the transaction as easy as possiable. I drove from Columbus which has two BMW dealerships to work with Bob. If you had told me that one day I would purchase a vehicle without seeing it, without test driving it, and that I would transfer close to $40K to some guys that I've never seen, I would have answered vehicle without seeing it, without test driving it, and that I would transfer close to $40K to some guys that I've never seen, I would have answered you "nuts !". But this is what I have done & without regrets. I worked with Mr McClister & it was a pleasure: he instills trust & the Out of State sales process becomes suddenly very smooth. Reply to emails are almost instantaneous incl. from General Manager Mr. Steffen. Overall a very good experience. More

Bob knew cars and was willing to work with us on a trade-in of a '92 GMC Typhoon. The management seemed appreciative of our business and treated us as a valuable customer. If price rating was a 5 then trade-in of a '92 GMC Typhoon. The management seemed appreciative of our business and treated us as a valuable customer. If price rating was a 5 then your salesman wouldn't be doing his job. I selected the 335i for it's performance compared with similiar vehicles. Time will tell if the car maintains is value. More

My client advisor, Bob Strecker, was exceptional to work with. He was very hands-on and made sure I was cared for at all times. He delivered first-class service. If you prefer being comfortable searching for a vehicle then I would recommend that you partner with him for your BMW experience. I had the opportunity to consider purchasing my BMW with several dealerships. The Dave Walter dealership took the lead right away with their exceptional people. I sent an email inquiry to the dealership in response to a vehicle I was looking for. Bob Strecker, my advisor, and I had never met or spoken to each other but he communicated promptly to my email and we developed our partnership from there. I would also like to add what a warm place the dealership is to visit. While I was handling the purchasing paperwork my wife was able to enjoy a comfortable couch in front of a fireplace while drinking her coffee. Overall, a firt-class approach. More
