I have nothing but extremely positive remarks about this dealership and specifically about two individuals that work there, namely Joshua Deluco (Sales) and Erik Parkinson (Finance Manager). I highly recommend Joshua if you are interested for a new or pre-owned BMW: not only is very courteous and personable, but he is more importantly professional, honest and will go out of his way to be there for you before AND after the sale of the vehicle. You can rest assured that whatever question you may have in re: BMW vehicles, he will know and also more importantly he will not try to play the "typical sales game" that one may experience in other dealerships. Even on his days off he was just as helpful in answering questions as when he was working. Something definetly worth noting. Usually the whole "meeting the Finance Manager" experience in car dealerships are not the most pleasant ones....well, Erik negated that bias. Not only is he personable, friendly, but will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied. He is extremely patient and accomodating - try running 12 different financial scenarious and then changing your mind in the last minute - something that would aggravate most financial managers - but not with Erik. His goal was to make sure you walked out of his office a happy customer - and more importantly he double and triple checks the paperwork before handing it to you. In summary: I'm usually a very critical and "tough" customer, but walked away from the dealership 150% satisfied with the entire experience. this dealership exemplified customer service and took it to another level - I'm truly impressed and I can tell you I'm going to this dealership for all my current and future BMW needs and I live in Cleveland (not Akron). What a beautiful automobile! The car was correctly described to me over the telephone, with NO surprises when I arrived to view it in person and there were NO additional costs for my purchase! Great working with Erik, Hans, Bob and Josh - very personable, no pressure, and I got a great car. I got a better car for a better price and more options at Dave Walter BMW than I would have by buying at the Mini dealership. Even the GM at Dave Walter BMW (Stephan), cared about us. He was our first contact at the dealership, he checked to see that we were happy during the sale, and made certain we were satisfied when we left. They made the purchase and financing easy. I HATE buying cars, but I'd go back to buy from that dealer. I trust them, and I feel I got a good car at a good price. More
