Cons: Know the out-the-door-price before signing anything. Agreed to a price then suddenly "dealer" fees (other than tax, license, and title) where added wthout being discussed during negotiations. I thought the dealer's "fee" was the profit they earned on the item sold. I would definitely do business with and recommend this dealership again. Compared to other dealerships I've dealt with, I felt Dave Walter BMW worked hard to earn my business and satisfaction. My calls and emails were returned immediately and the salesperson came in early to meet the truck transport driver. They worked with me step by step to make sure the deal was hassle-free. I did find a couple blemishes on the car that the salesperson missed. Likely (hopefully) an honest oversight. I feel I bought my 2009 BMW Z4 at a fair price. More

I am from Chicago and let me tell you, it was well worth the 6.5 hour drive each way! Before moving to Ohio, Hans was my Sales Advisor through 4 BMW's...and now of course, 5! He went above and beyond to make the deal happen and working with him and Brooks, could not have made it any easier. Or fun! From the 'Congrats' banner on the new car to meeting everyone from the General Manager on down at the dealership, this was not the typical dealership experience. I was impressed. And then some. I clearly sensed that this is a place where people truly put the customer first. But the time spent with Hans--who I consider more like a friend who sells me a car every few years rather than just a salesman--and Brooks whose sense of humor is just perfect. I brought my X5 in for a small issue with my driver's seat.
