Although I have had many satisfactory experiences with previous BMW purchases at Davis BMW in Cleveland this tr primarily dealt with Erik Parkinson. I worked with Michelle and David initially to agree to terms on a CPO 3 series. They both were timely and upfront regarding available sales price and terms. Robert also followed up with me in regards to finding a missing second ignition key and also helping getting my new license plates to me. All that really needs to be said is that this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! Over the years I have purchased 2 new vehicles and 2 used vehicles from dealerships and this is by f the best car buying experience I have ever had! I found a vehicle on their website and then scheduled a test drive. I was upfront about wanting a certified preowned vehicle, the style and what I wanted to spend. I looked at several CPO 3 Series vehicles and ended up buying the one I first test drove. They treated me with respect and were extremely friendly to my wife and 2 young children. Don't bother going to another BMW dealership. Mark is fantastic to work with and treated me like a true VIP customer. Shujaat was very nice to us and gave my 3 year old daughter a teddy bear and she absolutely loves her new bear 'lady' and takes it everywhere. Erik is great to work with, found us a great rate and was very quick with all paperwork. Erik is also very funny and makes the paperwork process fun. As long as I am driving a BMW, I will purchase from Dave Walter BMW. More

We have worked with Robert Noetzel and he was a great assistant and he showed us several car in order for us the get to know the different cars' model.
