I recently responded to an internet ad and was connected to Michelle who requested information regarding my search for a 2011 Z4. Shab is very professional, low keyed and personable. I knew what my top offer would be and he knew how low he could go. We very quickly came to a number and I appreciate that he did not have to go back and forth with a manager while keeping me waiting. (I had had that experience the day before at another dealership!) The whole transaction was simple and businesslike. I also appreciate Shujaat Siddiqui who did much of the paper work. He is concise and did a good job explaining the process. The atmosophere in the dealership is professional from start to finish. I am very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle there. More
