I recently leased a 2013 528i xDrive from Dave Walter BMW. I'm very picky, and Shab Tadayon found the perfect car for me. His approach to the sales process was completely professional (a rare find in Car Sales these days) and his customer service was beyond compare. Arriving at an agreeable price and terms was relaxed, professional, and easy. I appreciated the fact that the negotiations didn't include several trips to the "boss" to see if the terms could be met. Robert Noetzel did a fantastic job during the delivery - explaining all the features of car (most of which I've forgotten already), and followed up with a telephone call a week later to make sure I didn't have any questions. Josh Deluco in the Finance Department performed his duties like an absolute professional, and had me out and on my way in a very short amount of time. My entire experience from start to finish has been absolutely fantastic. If they take care of the maintenance and service like they did the sales experience they've won a customer for life. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership in general, and Shab, Robert, and Josh in particular to my friends and family. More
I had the great pleasure of leasing a new 5-series from David Theado of Dave Walter BMW. I live in Cincinnati, and the local dealers didn't have the car with my desired color/options, so I looked instead David Theado of Dave Walter BMW. I live in Cincinnati, and the local dealers didn't have the car with my desired color/options, so I looked instead at all dealers from Kentucky to Illinois. Fortunately, I was able to work with David Theado, who not only gave me a good price, but was also very upfront with all the details - money factor, residual, cash upfront, etc. I'm a financially oriented person, and his deal was the best of all the roughly twelve dealers I contacted. Also, the other dealers would play games with the deal - lowering the price but then raising the money factor seemed to be a very common theme. No games from David - everything was done honestly and with complete openness, which was important, since I had to drive 4 hours each way to pick-up the car. I simply couldn't have any "surprises". My great experience continued after I arrived at the dealership. David asked Mark Stacy to go over the car with me. He's a real pro. He spent about 3 hours with me showing me everything you could possibly imagine. He also provided me his cell and office phone numbers to call whenever I had a question (which I've already done once). He set the car up exactly as I wanted it, and helped me learn how to use all the features of the car. Part of the reason to buy a BMW is for all the technology it has - it would be a waste not to have someone like Mark show you how to use it! He was patient and explained things in a way that could be easily understood. Overall, this dealership is awesome, and I will enthusiastically recomment Dave Walters BMW to my friends. More

Worth the trip from Cleveland! My 3rd BMW. Did not want to go down to Akron but they had the 528xi I wanted. Told them out front they never could march the price I wanted. Mark and David are very professional and straight forward. Mark had the car warmed up and ready for the test drive. Very, very knowledgeable about the car. David met the price I needed with no games or hassle. They helped me clean out my car and had my new 528 ready to go in an hour. The best dealer experience I have ever had. Simply great guys. If you live in Cleveland you should strongly consider going to Akron and talking to Mark Stacy. My brother-in-law says their service is great and they valet anywhere in Cleveland. Mr. Walter should be proud of the company he built. Worth the trip! More

I have worked with Shujaat three times to get BMWs and I highly recommend him. I have been very happy with each transaction. I recently purchased an X1 with navigation. I was new to the navigation. Eric showed me several of the capabilities of the system at time of purchase. He told me I could call him anytime for help. I have gone back to the dealership for additional training on the navigational system with Eric. He makes the system understandable and easy to use. Eric provides excellent customer service. The service department is the best I have ever dealt with. HIGHLY recommended. Josh and Brandon are excellent. They make sure I understand any needed repairs or maintenance. I have always been able to get a loaner car. More
I was looking for a CPO BMW, either a 328 xdrive or 528 xdrive . I came on the advise of a friend who has been a customer for several years. I was not disappointed. I hate the whole car buying process whether new or used. I do not buy on my first visit. I need time to consider offers. I got a fair deal on a great car. Josh was very helpful in working with me through their inventory. Not sure how often they do this, but I took a 528 xdrive home for the evening and brought it back the next day. That was a great help in making a decision versus taking a quick drive around the "test drive track". Although, I have to admit, I had a good idea I was going to be getting a 5-series. When I returned the car I asked to drive a 535 xdrive. I did and it was love. From there we went back to the inventory to pick the best car for me. We put a deal together and I asked to go home and work it over with the Mrs. and that I would call the next day. Josh was great about not pressuring me into a quick decision. I'm sure he would have loved to strike a deal that day knowing that most that walk away don't come back in this business, but he and they gave me the time I needed to consider the deal on my own time. I had asked for a delayed deliver of over a week for personal reasons, and that wasn't a problem. Then the situation changed for me and I needed to move that date up a week, however, they still had 3-4 days to prepare the car and the paperwork. They were happy to comply. When I did take delivery, I was given the grand tour of the car as if I had just bought a new car. They really care that you have a good experience and if they don't, they sure put a lot of time and effort into faking it. As of now, I will not hesitate to buy another car from Dave Walter. More

I was not in the market for a new car; my former lease ran until November, 2013. And that's where they delivered special value to me by putting me in a 2012 for not much more money, with more features and more fun. I was impressed on two counts. First, that they proactively identified me as a candidate for a new car based on what I was driving and what they had they knew I'd like. Second, that they framed the value proposition in unique ways to motivate me to act. That they even identified me speaks to their level of customer service and attention. Anticipation of need is the highest form of service. That they were able to close the deal with me speaks to their customer skill. And it's the latter count that deserves special mention. I'm a difficult sale. I'm a BMW customer because engineering and driving experience motivate me (I also own a BMW K1600 GT motorcycle). BMW delivers on that promise. But I'm also a value conscious shopper. That I'm in a new lease in two days astounds even me. It's a testimony to my level of trust in the dealership but especially Shujaat. He is unique. Selling is about getting somebody to buy something they don't want or need. Shujaat does not sell. Shujaat engages in the far higher art of appealing to the buyer's informed self-interest. He explored my needs and interests. He put me in the 550 GT. Once driven, hooked. And he went out of his way to improve my deal to satisfy my value needs. One more example of his skill. I can afford to drive any car I want, but there's only so much I'm willing to spend on a car. When I leased my prior car, I was maxed on price on where I wanted to be. Enter Shujaat to talk about wheel insurance. In his patient sytle, no pressure, he explained features and benefits of the protection. Although I was at my limit on price, I signed up, and he went an extra mile and threw in windshield and body damage protection). I'm glad I did. Does he win in the transaction? Yes. But is it my strong impression that he's concerned more for me than him? Yes. I trust my dealership, but I especially trust Shujaat. I can pay him no higher complement. More
This was our first BMW buying experience. Our salesman was Shab Tadayon who was outstanding in all aspects of the purchase. We agreed to sell it in the private party market. Before we left the dealership Shab promised to find us the perfect car. We did sell our trade in the private market and contacted Shab. During this time he had continually sent emails and photos of vehicles that met our criteria. We also changed that criteria a few times throughout the process. Shab was patient and diligent as he worked to find us our perfect car. We found a vehicle we liked and returned to the dealership for a test drive. Two months had passed since our first visit and I was impressed to see my name & number on a postit note on his computer screen. He was more than helpful during the test drive. After we drove the vehicle, he took the time to test drive the vehicle with us to demonstrate the performance, safety and technology features of the car. Shab is an honest and sincere man who puts his customers needs first. If he tells you something, he will do it. He is a man of his word. The purchase was by far the best buying experience we've ever had and we've had many experiences. Josh was also very helpful in the financing department securing a competitive loan rate with no hidden costs. The entire experience was professional, low keyed and personalized. I would highly recommend Shab and Dave Walter BMW for your next buying experience. We have not dealt with the service department yet but hope it mirrors the rest of the dealership. More
