I was in the service center having my 3 worked on when Eric came around the corner and we said hello to each other. He was aware that I'd been looking to buy a nice 5, but hadn't found one yet. On a whim I asked Eric if he had anything special to look at, and he said, "...as a matter of fact I might have just got in the car you want, let's go look!...". Well, long story short, Eric had the exact car I wanted, the friendly dealing and gentlemanly negotiations were done before noon... and I drove out to dinner that night in my new car. How easy is that! You want to know why I rate Dave Walters BMW so high.. One word... TRUST. Trust is everything! My dad always told me, “trust is earned, not granted”. Every time I've had to bring my BMW in for service, Eric Eisenhart has personally followed up to see if I was satisfied. This past visit, I commented to him that it seemed like I would have to live with the minor problems I was experiencing. Eric asked me if I would be able to remain at the dealership for a few minutes longer and after 15 minutes or so, he escorted me to the door and pointed out an upgraded model and told me it was mine. I really thought they had taken the customer satisfaction further than they had to and I was quite surprised. Eric expressed that I had been a loyal customer for many years and they wanted to make sure I remained a satisfied, loyal customer. Needless to say, Dave Walter BMW and Eric Eisenhart have my customer loyalty for another twenty years at least. More
