This was our second vehicle purchase from Eric Eisenhart at Dave Walter. We had extenuating circumstances with our purchases and both experiences were nothing short of awesome! We had a 428i coupe' that we weren't 100% pleased with, but had another year to go in our lease. Eric suggested we look into swapalease.com. He explained the concept and after further investigation we decided to give it a try. A week later, we were completely through the process with BMW Financial and our vehicle was going to be gone in a few days. Sounds great, but we needed to find a new car and quick! We were interested in a X4 but there were none on the lot. What we thought would be a problem was no match for this dealership. Eric helped us build the X4 of our dreams, and in the mean time, offered us a free loaner until our new car was delivered. We didn't even need to ask! Eric and Dave Walter BMW, as a whole, truly get the meaning of amazing customer service. When an individual can anticipate your every need and have the complete support of their dealership behind them, there isn't much more you could ask for.
