I just purchase a vehicle in the same day as I found on Anderson website. I have not purchase a vehicle in 11 years and had a fast pace no hassle experience that was awesome. He was friendly and courteous when I arrived at the dealership. We took it for a test drive and he answered all my concerns with the used vehicle. I asked for a good price and he suggested the dollar amount off the sicker, with no resistance. When I had to meet with the financial manager, it was also very quick and easy. Dan Busch had all my paperwork ready to go and address all my concerns. I was able to use my credit union instead of there banks and they had no issues with it. While all this was happening they had the car clean and prep ready for me to take home even with out the full payment in there hand. I was shock to have taken home a new vehicle without giving them the check from the credit union. So I highly recommend using there dealership, because I received a great price and service all in a single day. More

We were looking to lease a new car for our growing family and were considering the Mazda CX-5. Jason was exceptional. When I came to Anderson I was interested in looking at Mazdas. Jason was the salesperson who helped us as soon as we walked in the door. Jason showed us the mazda 3 and went over selling points of the Mazdas. Jason was the salesperson who helped us as soon as we walked in the door. He brought in a mazda 5 which fit my needs better than the mazda 3. He was very knowledgeable about the mazdas and answered every question I had. I test drove three cars that afternoon and as we drove Jason continued to explain the features of each car. I decided on the mazda 5 and I feel that Jason really worked with me to help me narrow down what I wanted and made me feel very good about the choice I made. Dan was the finance person who worked with me and was also very helpful explaining pros and cons of the choices I had in the financing of the automobile. I was really impressed with the knowledge and respect shown by both Jason and Dan and I would highly recommend Anderson to anyone looking for a car. More

We called in advance with the model and trim level for which we were looking. Jim had the car inside and warm (it was VERY cold that day), and answered every question we had about the car. It didn't have the options that we wanted, so Jim found one on the lot that fit our desires and prepped that one for us to test. Never pushed us in any direction, never had a "salesman" attitude, just provided us with all the information we requested. We worked up the sale in multiple situations and went back and forth about pricing, financing (explained leasing in terms normal humans can understand), etc., without ever being prodded into a sale. When we made the choice to lease, Jim explained the process of leasing, not only now, but at the end of the lease as well, limiting end-of-agreement surprises. Lindsay explained all aspects of our lease, all of our responsibilities, and offered additional options, again without excessive sales pressure. He was friendly, answered all questions we had in easy-to-digest terms, and got us on our way. After the sale was final, Jim spent a good deal of time explaining features of the car, making sure the wipers were full of fluid, and buffing out spots after the shop had washed the car. Jim went the extra mile to make sure the car was perfect before we left the lot. Since we bought the car, Jim has been quick to respond to any questions we've had about it, and put us in contact with a colleague to speak to when he goes on vacation if we have more questions. The folks we dealt with at Anderson made it easy to make a purchase with their friendly and low-sales-pressure atmosphere. We'll definitely be shopping here again. More
