Worst Experience Ever!!! Worst car dealer I’ve ever worked with. Gave me an offer on my car, everything was set to pick up vehicle, the salesperson backed out and dropped the Worst car dealer I’ve ever worked with. Gave me an offer on my car, everything was set to pick up vehicle, the salesperson backed out and dropped the price of my trade in by $2000.00 after the fact. The Manager Derrick was horrible and arrogant. Never again!!! More

Because I live a bit of a distance away they helped me do as much pre-paperwork as possible in advance so I could minimize my time waiting for them to process it when I came in. Everyone in the showroom was extremely friendly when I was there many going out of their way to greet me and ask how I was in a non-pressure approach you often experience at other dealerships. He was well-informed, gave us lots of personal space to discuss our options, and we never felt pressured. He took the time to show us all the features of the car we were interested in. He pays a lot of attention to detail. His manager, Derek, was also very personable and very amicable to work with. After our initial visit, Tyler stayed in touch via texts but we never felt like he was annoying us. He answered several of the questions we had. We went back and forth on the overall numbers but eventually came to a mutual agreement. The overall atmosphere of the car dealership was very pleasant — something that is hard to find at many car dealerships! We would definitely recommend Anderson Mazda. More

Being so far away and not being able to see the truck personally, I asked for better and more detailed pictures, done! Nest I asked several other questions concerning the truck, answered in a timely manner. They even picked me and the wife up from the airport in Chicago, and drove us to the dealership, so see the vehicle. Every bit of this experience was delightful and very well done by Kent and the whole staff at Anderson's. I wouldn't hesitate to fly back there and do business with them again, and the wife is hoping for the same thing to happen. Great staff and very thorough and straight forward in every aspect.
