We were greeted by Bob Miller, who subsequently spent the majority of his day with my husband and I. He made us feel comfortable, treated us like we were part of his family, and held our hands through the entire process. However, we cannot say enough about the caring, professional manner we experienced with everyone who was part of the process of us buying a vehicle; including the dealership manager and finance director. We were not a straight-forward, run-of-the-mill customer. We have had some financial challenges over the past ten years, but Bob Miller and the Anderson team did not send us away empty-handed. They put in the time and effort to ensure we left with a vehicle that day; and not just any vehicle, but the one we actually came in to look at in the first place.
