Bob explained all mechanical and electronic components of a car in great details. I am sure he actually studied car manual. At the same time there was no pressure to make a purchase. After this visit we were shopping for Mazda CX-5 at several dealerships and none came close to professionalism we experienced at BMW Mazda of Crystal Lake. On the second visit, we asked for specific exterior, interior and engine configuration and while they did not have such car available, they were able to locate exactly what we were looking for. Bob and the General Manager Dan Brzozowski were very willing to work with us on a price without pressure or hassle and we made a deal. Bob personally brought located car to his dealership and made sure everything was up to our specifications.
