In general I do not care for the experience of purchasing a car. But in this case Mazda of Crystal lake was a VERY GOOD experience! Michelle was outstanding. Purchased a Certified Pre Owned BMW. For a month I was contacting the sales department to get a copy of the CPO inspection report which wasn't in my paperwork and was completely ignored.
