BMW and Mazda of Crystal Lake

I'd been looking for a 2019 Z4 for a couple of months. I live in Scottsdale, AZ and found one that was the right color and had the right options at BMW of Crystal Lake. His attention to detail, knowledge of the car and holding my hand through delivery to Scottsdale was much appreciated. And, he arranged for my cousin in Chicago to test drive the car so I had a greater comfort level in the purchase. Ralph was communicative and always was a straight shooter. I felt well taken care of.
