Stopped in to kick some tires as I didn't know that much about the BMW models. I liked what I saw, and was able to do a short test drive. I've normally been turned off by sales people who knew less than I do, and were always pushing for the sale. She was the opposite. She asked questions to learn what I was looking for, and steered me in the right direction. She got the sale, and at the same time I didn't feel like I was being bullied or pushed to make a decision. The only easier car purchase was during covid when 90% of the purchase was done online remotely. Both that sale and this were pleasant experiences and I would strongly recommend this dealership and especially Michelle. Devon, the Genius at this location, was also very helpful and was able to answer all my question and show demonstrate many of the features. More
