Everyone we met in this dealership was so helpful and knowledgeable. I normally do not enjoy car shopping, but Dom actually made it fun. We had a wonderful experience with crystal lake bmw! ! This is at least the eighth time we have leased a bmw we always come back and never even go anywhere else we know their customer service is the best ! If you’re buying an M car, don’t even consider another dealer! I worked with Ralph and he made the process painless and most important he made sure I got my car! Was looking for a X3 m40i and saw that BMW of Crystal Lake had the vehicle I wanted on order….spoke to Ralph and he made the process easy….flew in from Detroit and Ralph had a driver (Devon) waiting for Lake had the vehicle I wanted on order….spoke to Ralph and he made the process easy….flew in from Detroit and Ralph had a driver (Devon) waiting for me at the airport. Devon was great too! When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was prepped and paper work ready. I wish every vehicle purchase could be this easy.
