Was looking for a X3 m40i and saw that BMW of Crystal Lake had the vehicle I wanted on order….spoke to Ralph and he made the process easy….flew in from Detroit and Ralph had a driver (Devon) waiting for Lake had the vehicle I wanted on order….spoke to Ralph and he made the process easy….flew in from Detroit and Ralph had a driver (Devon) waiting for me at the airport. Devon was great too! When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was prepped and paper work ready. I wish every vehicle purchase could be this easy. Even though they are 300 miles away, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Ralph and BMW of Crystal Lake in the future. More
