This dealership is home. I’ve “flirted” with other BMW dealerships, but none provide the attention and service of Anderson/ Crystal Lake BMW. Michelle in particular de I’ve “flirted” with other BMW dealerships, but none provide the attention and service of Anderson/ Crystal Lake BMW. Michelle in particular deserves special recognition for her never ending dedication and attention to detail. Everyone we met in this dealership was so helpful and knowledgeable. I normally do not enjoy car shopping, but Dom actually made it fun. He answered all our questions and obviously knows his products and knowledgeable. I normally do not enjoy car shopping, but Dom actually made it fun. Everyone worked together, from Dom to Kim in reception to Trevor in financing to make it a very efficient, no pressure, fun experience.
