Called out of the blue, so to speak, as 5 other BMW dealerships were not very helpful. Live in the current Hurricane Helene disaster zone of Asheville. She helped me find a hotel and came to pick me up to take me to the dealership to close the sale. Could not have asked a sales person to do more. She also got me a couple discounts.
