I had a great service experience at San Luis BMW. My car had a fairly complex problem that was difficult to diagnose and took a few days to order parts and resolve. In addition to providing a loaner car, the service department was great about providing updates during the entire process, including a “Thank You” video after everything was completed. The whole process left me feeling valued as a customer. Nice work! More

I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Luna at the Santa Maria BMW. I was very disappointed when Josh left the dealership and did not know he was at the SLO BMW. When I have needed to take my car in for Maria BMW. I was very disappointed when Josh left the dealership and did not know he was at the SLO BMW. When I have needed to take my car in for service in SM, I always left frustrated due to the poor customer service they offer and they claim to always be short staffed. Had I known Josh was in SLO I would have brought my car to him and would have avoided a lot of frustration. I cannot say enough about the service that Josh & Tony provided me. I don't recall every receiving such excellent service. I would like to thank Josh & Tony for your professionalism, care & concern to your customers, patience and the outstanding customer you provide.
