No one likes to take their vehicle in for service but Tony made this experience as pleasant as possible. He thoroughly explained the problem and solution related to my car and when there was a hiccup he Tony made this experience as pleasant as possible. The service department needs to make sure the warranty information is on every BMW vehicle. My warranty information was not included in the computer information and therefore it took two visits to get th information is on every BMW vehicle. Was impressed with Steven Simpers knowledge and his customer service to insure that my concerns about the current condition of my BMW car were all addressed. That quality customer care was disrupted on customer service to insure that my concerns about the current condition of my BMW car were all addressed. That quality customer care was disrupted only when I checked out and made payment. I was told that I could either pay by check , debit card or credit card. It was explained that if I chose the credit card option, a 3% fee would be included on my bill. Shame on you BMW! A credit card fee is tolerable when a locally owned restaurant adds it to the bill but a highly profitable global business entity such as BMW? That reeks of greed. More
