We were traveling cross country and had a Parking Brake fault with our X5. Connor was able to get us in and resolve the issue. My review focuses on the service department. Connor is always helpful when I take my car for service or a problem with my X5. Today was no different. My rear window wiper was not working and he had service diagnosis the problem. The result was the motor was not connected therefore, it did not work. While I was there he also checked my service record. It was time for service. He suggested we take care of it today so I would not need to return in the near future. I've been to several other service departments for BMW throughout Southern California, as I've moved quite a bit. I always find myself coming back in to the San Luis Obispo location. Not only is the staff honest, professional, and trustworthy; they're extremely knowledgable and answer all of my questions up front. Every time I have an issue with my X3, Connor takes excellent care of my car and myself. Given that I've had horrible service in the past at other locations, it's a relief to walk in and see Connor and know that I'm in good hands. More
