I have always been impressed with the service at BMW of SLO, and it just keeps getting better. I brought in my 330xi for service yesterday and amazed by the level of service Richard provided. I was greeted by name, helped immediately, and was on my way in a loaner in less than 10 minutes. I was told it would take a few hours, but got a call in less than 2.
