Great experience overall, Connor was able to get me in last min and very quickly dealt with my tire and replaced and washed/vaccumed my car. I was happy with the work done and was shown exceptional service with my X3. Its a very small thing but the charge of 3% for using a credit card to pay for the service was no great. This should be (and historically has been) something absorbed by the dealership as a cost of doing business. I know inflation is getting to everyone but I'd rather the dealership find another way to deal with this issue. I use my card for everything... More
This was my first time working with this dealership and with Lupe. He was straight up -- good information, & clear and honest when questioned on items that are part of BMW's standard recommended service. with Lupe. He was straight up -- good information, & clear and honest when questioned on items that are part of BMW's standard recommended service. For example, based on his clear explanation of various items, I ended up declining replacement of a cabin air filter and also declined one particular service check that I didn't think I needed. Other owners might choose differently, of course, but my point is that he let me choose and didn't try to hide, obfuscate, up-sell, etc. This is how it should be & speaks well of Lupe & the dealership.
