Connor did a great job of providing service for our car today. When we arrived, Connor said our car would be ready in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. When we explained we were waiting since the person who took our app today. When we arrived, Connor said our car would be ready in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. When we explained we were waiting since the person who took our appointment had mentioned it would only take about 1 hour, Connor said he would see what he could do to speed up our service. Our car was ready in just over 1 hour! This was our first time to SLO BMW and we will definitely come back for our future service needs. More
Lupe was great. Dealership still needs work!! Took 6 days to fix a recall and air bag failure. Then broke a part while fixing and had to wait for new part. Servic Dealership still needs work!!
