Although our service appointment was not properly scheduled/documented (by a coworker) Karen caught the error and stepped in to make sure our appointment was not only secured but at a more convenient time without changing the service date. Overall good dealership just consistent problem with communication and execution. That is pretty much been the only thing consistent over the mini mini years of BMW. Like a communication/execution. Pre-Covid. I would set foot in BMW Slo. I would rather drive to Santa Maria. The last few years has shown some improvement but much more is needed. More

Special thanks to Cameron Love who probably knows more about BMWs than anyone I've ever talked. Cameron was nice enough to help me learn all the info about my car even though I could not buy from him. Karen who calls and makes my appointments is very friendly and always schedules me for my convenience. Steven was my service advisor today when I took the car in for oil service. He was there from the minute I drove up to walking me to my car when I picked up. All in all I've had great service from this dealership. The employees seem to enjoy their work and are always helpful. More

What a horrible experience. My boyfriend took his car in for an oil change at the dealership and the tech backed the car into a disabled parking sign. It created a sizable dent. My boyfriend took his car in for an oil change at the dealership and the tech backed the car into a disabled parking sign. It created a sizable dent. The dealership said they would repair it since they were at fault. Their "repair" did nothing to fix the damage. The behavior of Josh Luna was incredibly unprofessional as well. He barred us from the premises and the dealership is not going to fix the damage they caused. If you like your car DO NOT take it to this dealership. More
