Best customer service I have EVER had. Had THE BEST experience at Coast BMW. Sent an email request early morning to ask about a car. They called me back and told me it was available so made Had THE BEST experience at Coast BMW. Sent an email request early morning to ask about a car. They called me back and told me it was available so made an appt. to go in. Was greeted by Scott, the sales manager who was very funny and a nice guy. Because Jose was busy, the gentleman I spoke on the phone, he brought out Daniel Zambrano who was phenomenal. I ran this kid raged. Kept asking a ton of questions, changing my mind on which cars to see, which to test drive, etc. He handled it all with a smile on his face. After test driving and finding the car I wanted, Daniel worked the numbers with Scott and ran back and forth making sure we were happy. Offering coffee, water, etc the entire time. Once we decided on the buy, it took a while to get into finance. Daniel stayed with us the entire time and talked, joked, made us feel so welcomed and valued. Once in financing, we sped through and we’re out the door to meet Daniel WHO HAD MOVED EVERYTHING FROM OUR OLD VEHICLE TO THE NEW! And we had a ton of junk in the old car including our Costco groceries! The team at Coast BMW was fantastic to work with, but the reason I will go back time and time again is Daniel Zambrano.
