I love BMW of SLO ! Every time I go in to get my car serviced or checked all the employees are friendly , helpful, they all say hi, they are all smiling and seem to like Every time I go in to get my car serviced or checked all the employees are friendly , helpful, they all say hi, they are all smiling and seem to like there jobs . Many employees offer me coffee and water and ask if I need anything . I have never received such amazing service from any other car dealerships. Your employee Connor Morrison ( service Desk) is great . He is polite, always handles my service needs and questions and connects with his customers on a personable professional level. I had to wait a few minutes because they were busy. I had an appointment. It wasn't long, they acknowledged my presence. The wait was 2 hours but the lobby was comfortable and I perused the used vehicl I had an appointment. It wasn't long, they acknowledged my presence.
