David Roberts was great to work with! I submitted an online inquiry about a specific vehicle I was interested in and heard from him within an hour. I live a couple of hours away from SLO I submitted an online inquiry about a specific vehicle I was interested in and heard from him within an hour. I live a couple of hours away from SLO and wasn't able to visit the dealership right away. David went above and beyond to help me as I gathered information about the vehicle and also had questions about returning a leased vehicle. He sent me a personalized welcome video followed by a video tour of the vehicle. I really appreciated this as the online photos didn't show all the details he was able to share in the video. Over the course of the day, we were talking on the phone, texting, and emailing - he made himself available to help with whatever I needed. He was very friendly and professional throughout all our correspondence and conversations. If he didn't know the answer to something, he'd quickly find out from a colleague and get back to me. He worked with his team to make me an offer that I felt good about. David never made me feel pressured and gave me the time and space to make a thoughtful decision. He was very understanding and considerate. I was able to get the paperwork started online and spent around 30 minutes at the dealer when I picked up my car. It was such a breeze! They even offered to deliver the vehicle if I wanted that (at an extra cost). I've leased vehicles over the past 15 years and this was by far the best and easiest experience. The main reason I bought the car was my interactions with this dealer in particular, Scott and Steven. I have not typically been a fan of dealers and had some negative experiences in Southern California. I f this dealer in particular, Scott and Steven. He easily established rapport and was genuine and authentic with his interactions both during and after the purchase. I truly appreciated the little details, including the celebration when I drove the car off the lot it was very special. I sent the video to a couple of my friends and they were blown away that the staff would go to that length to celebrate a car purchase. I very much appreciate his continuing to follow up to make sure everything is OK with the car. I have been back twice since I bought the car and I feel very welcomed by all of the staff when I came in now. I will highly recommend this dealer especially Scott to friends and family . It has been an incredibly positive experience from start to finish with both sales and service. More
