Service was smoother than ever before. My rep was SUPER!, POLITE AND ACCOMMODATING. My on problem is that they performed brake service and now my brake fluid light is on. I got a flat rear tire on my m2 that needed replacing during a roadtrip and fortunately I was able to get my car to bmw of columbia and they were extremely helpful.
