Well, BMW Corporate has denied my claim. As a consumer, when you purchase a product you expect it to perform as promised. When it doesn't and is under warranty you expect it to be repaired accordingly. It baffles me that some corporations always try to wiggle their way out of taking responsibility. Where is the honor in that business practice??? If my vehicle was correctly diagnosed on the first service, I would not be in this situation. Even that, after the incorrect diagnosis and several trips back for service on the "SAME ISSUE" one would think BMW Columbia would say, "we made a mistake and want to make it right "!!! The time is always right to do what is right...
