This was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Jodyann is an outstanding service representative who went above and beyond to make sure we taken care of. AAA picked up our care from our driveway Jodyann is an outstanding service representative who went above and beyond to make sure we taken care of. AAA picked up our care from our driveway on Sunday dropped it off at the dealer. I call at 8: AM Monday morning to check on the status, Judy answered and ran with the ball from there ( I was working fro Nee York so, all this took place by Phone. The car was ready to be picked up by 2:00 PM (6 Hours later after a battery replacement and other services. We need more Jody's ... she is an assett to your establishment and a pleasure to work with.
