I recently brought my 2011 X3 in for a detailing. Without prompting, it was pointed out to me that there was a minor recall that had not yet been released regarding a switch inside one of the doors. I have purchased many cars in my 65 years, and this is my third BMW. I have never been treated as well by the service department staff at any other dealership. They really go out of their way to make you aware that they genuinely value your business as well as their relationship with each of their customers. More

This was our first BMW purchase. It took us a few visits to determine this was the vehicle for us. When it came time for the sale, the negotiation was the smoothest transaction we have had when purchasing a vehicle. Ron provided everything we asked for and offered a fair price. We also want to give kudos to Susan Grissom as well. Both she and Ron are diligent in following through with service after the sale! Susan was prompt to follow up with phone calls and e-mails concerning extended warranty questions we had. Ron promptly contacted us within a day or two after our purchase to ensure we were happy with the car and to address any additional questions we had.
