The loaner car program is outstanding - I've never been stuck without a car while mine is in for service. But beyond sales and service, BMW Northwest is a just a fun place to be. The facility is clean, welcoming and always stocked with fresh coffee and snacks. Not to mention, the showroom always has a cool lineup of new cars on display.
