SALES VISIT - USED

On 10/27/2025 I Purchased a 2016 750i x drive remotely from Illinois. Kevin Lambert handled the sale and made everything as smooth as possible, and overall I am pleased with the car. I inquired about the car before they had any pictures posted. Keven assured me everything was up to spec. and the car was showing some minor curb rash. He then sent me a few videos and everything was looking beautiful. Upon receiving the car I noticed the passenger mirror is broken, and revisiting the video knowing what to look for it was clearly broken before sale. -1 Star. Also, I was assured the vehicle went through a full reconditioning before sale, but upon arrival I see that it is due for an oil service in 2 months. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealer remotely, You may have better experience in person. More

My 2016 M3 had a unique wiring harness issue that required a tech rep from BMW North America to resolve. BMW NW provided nice loaner cars during the lengthy process and handed me a freshly detailed c required a tech rep from BMW North America to resolve.
