I have been purchasing BMW products from this dealership for years because of exemplary customer service. However my last purchase has not gone very well. I have had trouble getting my permanent tags and re for years because of exemplary customer service. However my last purchase has not gone very well. I have had trouble getting my permanent tags and registration and I have had great difficulty talking to someone who can help me. This has been after numerous calls and requests. The reason I keep coming back to BMW Northwest is the exemplary customer service. The response I have received regarding this issue has been dismissive or condescending at best. I would not purchase from here again because of that. More

Hi- I had towed in an older X5 for at least an upper radiator hose and a probable h2o pump/theromstat. Sadly it was the ladder yet these folks at BMW NW (Joel and team) stepped in and waited for parts w radiator hose and a probable h2o pump/theromstat. Sadly it was the ladder yet these folks at BMW NW (Joel and team) stepped in and waited for parts while loaning a vehicle was truly exceptional customer service. I offered to return the car while the parts were on order and was declined. I had this really nifty 2026 430i black on black too, any way when my son’s X5 was completed the total was dare I say a substantial amount less than the phone quote.
