My experience AGAIN was great, renewing my lease with Scott Bilgo who again was very helpful and patient with me. BMW North Scottsdale has a knowledgeable staff and a state of the art facility. Unfortunately they consistently low bid the value of trade in vehicles. Although this dealership is close to home and a pl state of the art facility. Unfortunately they consistently low bid the value of trade in vehicles. Although this dealership is close to home and a place where I have purchased/leased multiple vehicles, I find that if I take my business elsewhere in the valley I get ten percent more for my BMW trade. This has happened twice in the past seven years. The service department is great and I would highly recommend it. More

Our salesman, Tyler Joens, was so easy to work with! He was straight-forward and fast. He didn't push or pressure us. We came to an agreement quickly and it was exactly the deal we wanted.
