Sometimes unexpected repairs do come up and he has always tried to help both financially and inform me on what's going on. Highly recommended. More
Great Service Danny Davila Took my car with a battery issue and the dealer offered a loaner which I really needed at the moment. Not only they fixed the battery issue but also Took my car with a battery issue and the dealer offered a loaner which I really needed at the moment. Not only they fixed the battery issue but also corrected some codes ln the computer and gave me back the car so clean it look like new It is a pleasure to drive my car again after I picked it up from the dealer My service advisor Danny Davila was very helpful and kept me informed at all times Thank you again for your time and service More

Terrible Service I got a lease on 228I and the sale person was great. Thank you to Peter! However, I am so disappointed and frustrated with their services. AWFUL. I left my car on Wednesday afternoon after scheduling an appointment with them the week before. Arriving on time for my appointment, my advisor tell me he will do it tomorrow morning. I was ok with it but they did not want to give me a car. The next day, what a disaster, I called all day, 10 times, I was each time put on hold, the call would purposely be disconnected. I asked to speak to the manager, I was on hold for more than 20 minutes to have the call disconnected once again. The secretaries would tell me, "it's almost done, they are working on it right now". I told them I was on my way and suddenly, the front desk tell me it won't be done till the next morning. Outrageous. Never experienced such bad services in my life, I had no car for almost two days, paying taxis, to find out that they did not even touch my car and did not do a thing. If you want great cars and great service, go to The Collection. South Motor BWM just have great cars and good sale persons but once you have your car, don't expect much from them. More

terrible. Took my car for service.. when I picked it up my windshield was cracked all the way to the top. Nobody mentioned anything to me (probably hoping id qu Took my car for service.. when I picked it up my windshield was cracked all the way to the top. Nobody mentioned anything to me (probably hoping id quickly drive off and not notice.) Im a woman but I'm not stupid. On top of that, my car had a dent about the size of a golf ball on the door... no mention of that either. To make everything worse, after spending over 9k on repairs, they decided to "wash my car". THEY WET IT and somehow made it even more dirty. Each visit was over 2 hours long... will never return. More
Tengo muy mala experiencia en este dealer. Hice un trade in. y se demoraron 25 días para hacer el pay off. Fatal!!!, tuve un pago tarde por el mal trabajo de este lugar. Esto no es todo. El auto que compre in. y se demoraron 25 días para hacer el pay off. Fatal!!!, tuve un pago tarde por el mal trabajo de este lugar. Esto no es todo. El auto que compre con garantía tuvo un problema en las luces, lo lleve a fin de año, se demoran un mundo en determinar los problemas, otro tanto en ordenar las piezas de recambio. Y por si fuera poco, cuando llegaron las piezas me llamaron para el re-emplazo. Hoy Domingo 01/19/2014 Hace 9 Días que tienen mi auto. Aun no me lo entregan. Solo me dan excusas: tenemos mucho trabajo, las piezas no llegan. En resumen: Son lentos, irresponsables, ineficientes... Estoy muy decepcionado de este lugar. mi próxima compra la haré en otro dealer, donde sean menos irresponsables. y por supuesto no los recomiendo. More
