Terrible experiemce. We had a en issue, on a 2018 230i, issue was diagnosed as battery problem and we had it fixed . Ultimately same issue came back again and after payin We had a en issue, on a 2018 230i, issue was diagnosed as battery problem and we had it fixed . Ultimately same issue came back again and after paying 3.000 for first fix incl a regular dervice they now wanted to charge us another 3.000 to sddress the same errors for which we had brought the car in originally. When we gladöy refused they returned a compöetely disassembled car… never again, unworthy of a premium brand. More

Went for a recall and received the car crash in the front and nothing done about it, surveillance cameras recoding unfortunately didnt record at the time of me leaving the car and was my word againg them. Then tood the car againg for a second recall; took the car to a specialized bmw shop since they spend only 2hr with my car for a engine job recall and they confirm no recall was done on my car, part was never replace! Wont use this dealer any more and wont recomend it either More

BMW service by far has been the worst experience I have encountered as owning a BMW that is worth 70k for about a year now. BMW on South Dixie Hwy has been the worst dealership that has exdisted in all of FL. My car is due for service for an oil change it’s been past 3,000 miles due to every time I make an appointment there is no courtesy vehicle they only have rentals and the rental you have to pay an Ugrade charge because the other rentals that are courtesy are taken. I have a two month old and I work as well I have to make open space all the wanna do is use Lyft for everything. Every time you make an appointment they tell you to get on a waiting list for the courtesy vehicle when you get there they tell you first come first serve. The service manager is the most disgusting human being that exist I don’t understand where his manners are. My adviser has an excuse for everything. I’ve gone 5 or 6 times the last time I went before today I got there at 7 AM my husband was late to work again for 5th (that his boss doesn’t understand as well how is there never a courtesy car) there was TWO COURTSEY CARS AVALIABLE when I asked they are reserved so explain how is it first come first serve they have no response and recollection of that situation cameras speak for themselves and recorded lines as well. They don’t even have a waiting list for loaners they are a mess. Then the manager had the audacity to tell me that for oil changes they cannot give courtesy cars but my service contract says doesn’t say that anywhere!!! By far with all this being said I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER BMW IN MY LIFE & I will get what I need done in the vehicle and be going to back to Mercedes Benz I have never had an issue with the Mercedes family. Oh & to top it off my stroller is worth $1,000 I can’t leave it in the car because the technicians cannot keep there hands to themselves I have never encountered this with any vehicle i have had. You can’t leave anything in your own vehicle. More
If I could give 0 stars I would. They're awful and they inflate their prices. My car needed a coolant hose and a turbo coolant hose and the price I was qouted was approximately $6000 They're awful and they inflate their prices. My car needed a coolant hose and a turbo coolant hose and the price I was qouted was approximately $6000. I told my advisor no and I went to pick up my vehicle. Upon driving my vehicle home it ran hot due to them draining all the coolant out of the car. My car had never ran hot before. So as im stranded on the side of the Turnpike, I open my hood and my engine is exposed and a hose is missing. I called South motors immediately who told me to have the vehicle towed to them at which time I refused because now I dont trust them. So I had it towed home. Luckily I found a mechanic and he informed me that their was no coolant in my car, because they must've drained it. He said the only reason he think they would've done that is because they thought I was going to have them repair it. So my mechanic then went on to to do the necessary work on my car and he bought the parts from BMW South motors and they only cost $400 for both. So with my calculation the labor mustve been $5600. Therefore my conclusion is they're con artist looking to get money at any cost necessary. More
