Do not bring your car here if you care about it. My 330i had a coolant leak on a road trip from Boston-Miami-Boston, so they replaced the water pump. A week later I was stuck on the side of the road because their incompetent techs used the wrong screws. Had to be towed to Braman who wouldn't touch it because of shoddy work and it went back to South BMW. Rey and manager Eduardo were terribly rude to work with and unable to communicate. I got my car back with damaged seats and trim pieces, and coolant everywhere under the hood. I called + messaged them and was ignored, not that I wanted them to touch my car again anyways. The only other thing they repaired while they had my car was a sunroof rattle, and what a surprise, a month later my sunroof won't close. I don't know how someone can possibly break everything they were supposed to fix, it's so laughable it's almost like they were trying. The dealership was purchased this week, but I've heard plenty of horror stories from family and friends that swore to never go back. Go to Braman or literally any other BMW dealer if you care about your car. More
I left my car in service on Saturday at 12:30 pm after one hour waiting to be attemded. The dealer was supposed to call us at 2:30 to pick the car. They never did and when I called them the dealer was cl one hour waiting to be attemded. The dealer was supposed to call us at 2:30 to pick the car. They never did and when I called them the dealer was closed. Before that I sent a text to our service person and he never answered me. My car was kept at the dealer for the weekend without any reason because it was ready on Friday. It was a really bad experience ! More
