First and last time I choose this dealership for service I made a appointment to have my A/C and seat warmers checked, selecting to wait for service. After I checked in my car I waited 35 minutes before a s I made a appointment to have my A/C and seat warmers checked, selecting to wait for service. After I checked in my car I waited 35 minutes before a service advisor would see me. She requested I leave the car overnight. I did not select this service when I made this appointment, nor was I available to pick up over the next week due to a travel commitment. Horrible service. I have always been a Mercedes guy over the last 35 years, first BMW, and now last. Mercedes dealerships heads above BMW service. More

I went in wanting to lease a brand new 3 series, They tried to lease me one that was used as a “courtesy vehicle” that had over 2k miles for the same price as the same model with 0 miles. They kept insis tried to lease me one that was used as a “courtesy vehicle” that had over 2k miles for the same price as the same model with 0 miles. They kept insisting that it was a great deal because it had so many added on extras. After almost convincing me to take this horrible deal the guy from financing had us waiting around for over an hour just to tell me that he couldn’t do anything for me today but that maybe if I come back tomorrow his manager might be able to do something for me. A complete lack of respect and waste of time, I highly recommend you go to any of the other BMW dealers in the area. More
South Motors BMW has a terrible customer service. Every time you go to the dealership they make you feel like if they are doing you a favor. Horrible experience. Car test driven had more features. What seems to have happened is after the deal was agreed a car w less features w no leather seats n no upgraded dash board was given. My service rep makes me feel like a V.I.P. Hyde Cuervas is my service rep at BMW South Motors. To take a car into a dealership and know that your service rep will make certain that everything Hyde Cuervas is my service rep at BMW South Motors.
