Went for a recall and received the car crash in the front and nothing done about it, surveillance cameras recoding unfortunately didnt record at the time of me leaving the car and was my word againg them. Then tood the car againg for a second recall; took the car to a specialized bmw shop since they spend only 2hr with my car for a engine job recall and they confirm no recall was done on my car, part was never replace! Wont use this dealer any more and wont recomend it either More

Francisco Llano has been my client advisor at South BMW for the lease of 3 new BMWs over the past 15 years. He has always been very professional, honest and helpful since day 1. In fact when he was unable to lease me a 2019 440i gran coupe with the options I needed at the price I I found elsewhere in mid-2019 because no further builds (or orders) were available for 2019 models, he still assisted me to make sure I was getting a good deal elsewhere - and was honest enough to tell me that I was. That is why I never stopped using South BMW for service and came back to him and South BMW when the lease ended in order to buy out the lease last year. He made that process much easier than the other dealership where I had leased it from. I recommend him as strongly as possible for anyone who is looking for a salesman that will give it to you straight from the start and not just say anything (even if untrue) just to try to make a deal. I have also had a good experience with my service advisor there, Hyde Cuevas, who has great knowledge as to BMWs and has never tried to sell me on getting any unnecessary services or repairs done there. My only issue has been with the service department making it difficult to get a loaner sometimes. More
