Terrible experiemce. We had a en issue, on a 2018 230i, issue was diagnosed as battery problem and we had it fixed . Ultimately same issue came back again and after paying 3.000 for first fix incl a regular dervice they now wanted to charge us another 3.000 to sddress the same errors for which we had brought the car in originally. When we gladöy refused they returned a compöetely disassembled car… never again, unworthy of a premium brand. More

She gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on which vehicle to proceed with, she explained the reason for pricing carefully and was really friendly and trustworthy.
