Hello, Sorry to bother but this is just a complaint. Hello, Sorry to bother but this is just a complaint. Ever since I bought my vehicle at South Motors BMW I have had the worst customer’s service eve Hello, Sorry to bother but this is just a complaint. Ever since I bought my vehicle at South Motors BMW I have had the worst customer’s service ever, and this point I don't know if anyone even cares. I am in the United States Air Force as an active duty airman who decided it was time for a vehicle upgrade. Since day one of meeting with my client advisor Ira Jones at South Motors BMW my nightmare began. I met with him to get more informed of the “offers” they had available. When I question about their online website vehicles and their prices he said they weren’t available any longer any of them. When I explain what I was looking for he didn’t care of my need in fact it was a bit of a disrespect the way treated until they ran my credit check. Then after that it was all about signing. Before I sign I question everything about the warranty the maintenance. I explained how I wanted something more reliable but was not ready for something completely new which he kept going back to his Certified Pre-Owned and how it was just as reliable as a new vehicle but was still a bit old. I test drove it and couldn’t tell anything since it was the first time in a BMW vehicle. I told him about the most I could afford been in the military in my current rank and status and with my previous vehicle completely paid for using it as a trade in I could not go over a certain amount. I initially sign everything with Ira Jones to then be walked over to the Financial Service Professional Michael Rodda. I told them I had my bank to do the loan. Yet they still told me I had to sign some papers and then bring in the loan from my bank and that it was an easy process. It was then that I was showed different numbers from what I could afford when question he starts talking in spanish. Which was completely different from what Ira Jones had showed me so when I said I am not signing he says it too late because I had already signed with Ira Jones and that this process had to be finished my trade in vehicle had already been taken, and there was nothing he could do. I prayed that I wasn’t been taken advantage but that was too late. When I get my loan from my bank they couldn’t helped me and said I had to deal with the company when trying to deal with the company back and forth supposedly I had already been past due long story short it ended costing me about five hundred dollars just to get my car financed through my bank. Few months later I had vehicle warning me to take car for maintenance which I did. To find out that alignment is not cover in my maintenance warranty which ended up costing me about one hundred and eighty dollars. When I question Ira Jones and Michael Rodda about this they said that it was true and there was nothing they could do because that is something that could be of my route. I tell them this happen only a few months not even 6 months after buying vehicle. At this point I am enraged and want to talk to manager which never is available and up until now I don’t even know his name or who he is. When I got the survey was the only time they contact me to find out why my negative comment in their precious survey when explain my story they said they would look into it and call me back never did. The reason why I say their precious survey is because when I paid for the alignment the person said what is your email if I send you a survey will you complete it, but make sure that your satisfy because if not I don’t want to send it only can get good reviews. So I wonder if this is how they cover everything up. I have had the vehicle for almost two years and the alignment has had to be done again ever since and I still drive same route. Which makes me believe the whole Certified Pre Owned inspection they do is false. A few months later after that first incident my vehicle tells me I need a oil change when I take it for maintenance again they tell me it had expired about two months ago. Once again when I question this to Ira Jones and Michael Rodda they started doing research and said yeah that right it says it right here and printed some forms out. At this I am enraged telling them I constantly told them and asked about the maintenance and warranty coverage which they could never print me a copy out because apparently it doesn’t exist only in their computers. I told them multiple times I don’t want to buy the vehicle if its not going to be covered with maintenance and warranty. At this point Michael Rodda is no longer around when I ask for him and Ira said they although it may seem a big issue I could go get my oil change done somewhere else for much cheaper price and that at least I still had my warranty but that there was nothing he could do he is learning this stuff as well. Enraged I get my oil change somewhere else which comes to eighty dollars. Not even two years into the vehicle and the car won’t start. At this point I want to cry I called roadside assistance which they said it was free of charged and they helped me get my car to South Motors BMW. I called Ira telling him roadside thinks it’s the battery and if its covered in the warranty which he says it is. After arriving to the dealership the maintenance representative Eduardo Vazquez check everything and said that sure enough it was the batter but that I was not covered because the factory warranty was expired and the Certified Pre Owned warranty did not cover it and he made it seem he was doing me a favor because I didn’t show like I had an appointment. I go into my phone and I show him my appointment confirmation I tell him about Ira confirming with me that it was covered and he said it wasn’t that Ira is sales and he is maintenance and its two different worlds. This was now four hundred and fifty dollars. Enraged I asked and question can I for once know what is my warranty so that I can understand it because every time I go there is always something I am been charged that is not covered in the small prints which they can never show me. As I am about to leave they hand me a flyer with a business card for Joe A. Perez in case I want to or if I am ready to change my vehicle. The cashiers looks at me and tells me did they tell you that you had to pay this amount and why I tell her yes and she makes a face like wow. At this point I am embarrass of my choice of my actions and can only blame myself for this mistake that will be a scar that I will use for life, but I am disgusted at how a prestige brand like BMW has treated my and fooled me a customer and had no decency for someone in the service. I don’t expect anything to be done I just wish that someone higher than South Motors BMW would make them accountable for their actions. As I said before I won’t fall for this again. At this point I feel like I bought a lemon car because it truly feels that way it seems my used vehicle was even in better conditions that this one and the maintenance was a lot cheaper to maintain. I work in customer service as an enlisted accessions recruiter in our actions are accountable always every complaint gets answer just recently a complaint made it all the way to the secretary of the Air Force which the Miami Lakes our manager and superintendent had to respond and be held accountable for. I don’t know if this professionalism is something practices but I will ensure to not just fall again for a deal like this but to make all of the branches of the armed forces in Miami become aware of this. So that a dealership like South Motors does not take advantage of our airmen, marines, soldiers, and seamen. I am sorry that I am airing out, but I just don’t know what else to do it’s a nightmare that seems to never end. Thank you for your time SSgt Ray D. When it comes to BMW it is never the vehicle itself I have to worry about but rather the dealership I choose and the dealer who I work with that tend to be the factors that stress me out. After leasing 4 have to worry about but rather the dealership I choose and the dealer who I work with that tend to be the factors that stress me out. After leasing 4 cars with BMW I must say that South Motors has to be the best dealership in Miami. More specifically, my dealer Michael Perez always seemed to have my best interest in mind when negotiating the deal (a trait rarely seen in car sales men). All in all he made a stressful process fun and exciting. I know where ill be telling all my friends and family to go next time they need a new car... More
They bend over backwards for their customers. I have two BMW's that I service with them and even though they are always very busy, they still find a way to give me personalized service. I want to start off by saying that South Motors has really got it's act together, I first bought a car from them in December and my client advisor, Michael Perez, made everything so smooth. However my really got it's act together, I first bought a car from them in December and my client advisor, Michael Perez, made everything so smooth. However my new convertible was less than perfect, something I didn't find out until the rainy season started. BMW is a great product and they stand by their cars but unfortunately I got a dud, but as soon as it became clear that this was not going to be a simple fix, the dealer and Michael Perez were ready to take the car back and put me into a new car at no cost to me. I will always buy from South Motors and if you are looking for a BMW, Michael Perez at South BMW is the guy to see. Satisfied costumer More

Our decision to lease a 2012 3 series couldn't have gone more smoothly. This was all due to the knowledgeabilty and advice that we got from our salesman, Tony Diehs. Getting a new car can be very stressful, more smoothly. This was all due to the knowledgeabilty and advice that we got from our salesman, Tony Diehs. Getting a new car can be very stressful, but with his help it was much less so. Mr. Diehs and Mr. Michael Rodda were friendly, helpful, and courteous. More

The lease on my 335i was coming to an end and I started to shop around for a replacement. I was looking for a manual 335is which is extremely hard to come by and usually needs to be special ordered. I h to shop around for a replacement. I was looking for a manual 335is which is extremely hard to come by and usually needs to be special ordered. I had visited a few other BMW dealers in South Florida and I could not believe how difficult some of them were when I told them what I was looking for. So here I am stuck in a bind until I walked into south motors and met with Tony. He is genuinely a nice guy, very laid back, no pressure tactics. I told him what I wanted and we searched their database and found an exact match within the state (AFTER other dealers told me they couldnt find any). The pricing negotiations took 15 minutes and we agreed on a fair deal. I left my deposit and they told me it would be in within 2-3 days and true to their word there it was. It was an extremely easy transaction from beginning to end. More
I went into South Motors BMW to test drive and work out a deal on a 2012 328i. Upon my arrival, I walked into the dealership. Not one person bothered to greet me, ask me if I needed help or anything else for deal on a 2012 328i. Upon my arrival, I walked into the dealership. Not one person bothered to greet me, ask me if I needed help or anything else for that matter. I wandered around the inside of the dealership for 20 minutes and nobody bothered to even approach me. Truth be told, I was so upset at the lack of service that I walked out. I went over to the used car lot to look at some of the 3 Series, since I couldn't get any help on the new car side (they were all busy chatting and ignoring the customer). I didn't want a used car, so I left. I called the manager who returned my call. Told him about my experience. He told me his leasing manager would give me a call back to discuss a deal. The lease or online manager called me back. The deal that he offered me was pathetic. Quite frankly I was so annoyed I decided not to even consider this dealership any more. I had test driven a C250 a few days before and although it wasn't my first choice, I decided to give Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay a second chance. Boy am I glad I did. Worked out a great deal on a brand new C250. Excellent service from the get go. I was never ignored and was treated like a member of family. I would definitely recommend taking a stroll down South Dixie Highway and giving Mercedes a try. These guys are a joke. Sadly this is one of the few BMW dealers in southern Dade. PLEASE DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND DONT COME ANY WHERE NEAR THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE SERVICE! This is not what you would expect when purchasing a luxury car. More
